HIV Law articles

Some of these articles were first prepared as training handouts ("Drug Courts"), some in response to specific problems that people were having ("I Disclosed!") and some just because we felt it necessary ("Everybody has an HIV status").

"Ten Minute Trainings" are similar to "frequently asked questions," except it is our view that they aren't really asked often enough. Maybe that is just because the answers are posted here. Let's hope so.
